What to Expect on your first visit:

Physiotherapist will conduct a comprehensive assessment and take a note of your medical history. This will include asking you questions about your problem, for example where you feel your symptoms, how it started and what makes it feel better or worse. Kindly bring along a list of any medication you are taking and any useful reports i.e. any scans or tests done.

Physiotherapist can then look at the areas involved and explain what they think is causing your symptoms and suggest how we can best treat it.

The session may also include treatment and advice on exercise programme and what you can do at home to manage your condition.

Clothing: you are recommended to wear anything which you find comfortable, and which allows the affected part to be examined and treated easily.

Do you feel you would benefit from physiotherapy treatment but have difficulties travelling to our clinic?

Domiciliary physiotherapy provides therapist the opportunity to assess and treat you in your home environment. By doing this we can identify and address any specific difficulties you may be experiencing.

The therapist can also assess your outdoor mobility and address any issues you have with accessing the community.

Domiciliary physiotherapist can help your return home from hospital be a more successful and provide supported transition and in some cases could prevent admission to hospital. Therapist can also provide advice around equipment and adaptation needs to help improve your functional independence.

We aim to build your confidence back by working together to gain strength, balance, movement, mobility and exercise tolerance along with pain management and advice on healthy lifestyle.

Testimonials.

We understand your requirement and provide quality works.

Definitely the best physiotherapist I have ever met who possesses probably all the knowledge required to carry out the job. My shoulder injury which wasn’t getting cured since last 3 months, got fine within 4 sessions with him. Really thankful to him and his team.

Mr Robert B

I have been receiving my treatment from Mahendra and I have to say that he has been excellent so far. He has been professional and his knowledge of treatment is vast. He knows what he is doing. I would extrmely recommend him.

Clare S

Mahendra has been magical, my mother was bed bound and unable walk due to stroke. He worked hard and persistently with my mother to help her walk again independently and manage her every day activities.

Ms Jean T

Thanks for referring me to Mahendra for Physiotherapy treatment. My back feels much better than it has been for years. Not only is he a lovely person, but he has magic hands.

Carol C

Mahendra has been pioneer in preventing falls at our Care home by educating carers, advising on falls prevention strategies and running exercise programme for our elderly residents.
